    How It Works

    Listen, Align, Build, Share.

    01

    Listen

We start with you: what you offer, who it is for, where you are today, and what you want to achieve. Then we talk with your stakeholders, which may include clinicians, end users, caregivers, funders, and providers, so we know who you need to reach and what matters to them.

    02

    Align

A complete written roadmap: who to reach first, the story for each audience, the channels, events, and publications that matter, and your first 90 days.

    03

    Build

The website content, email, social, and clinician education that put the roadmap to work.

    04

    Share

Launch communication, events, publications, and community, to get the word out to the people who matter.

    Frequently asked questions

    What is clinical marketing?

Clinical marketing is marketing built on clinical credibility: messages and education that professionals and end users trust because they reflect how a product is actually used and what it does for the person using it.

What are the benefits of clinical marketing?

You work with someone who truly knows the end users and the professionals who recommend your product. That insight shapes your messaging, your marketing platform, and where you show up, so you reach the right people, in the right places, with a message they trust.

    What is market development?

Market development is the work of growing your product's reach over time. It means building awareness, education, and trust, and also finding new audiences, channels, and places to create demand. It is ongoing, not a one time campaign.

    How much does it cost?

Projects are a fixed fee based on your stage and how much discovery you need. Book a call so we can discuss.

How long do we work together?

As long as you need. A Listen and Align project takes about four weeks, or two to three for the lean version. After that, we can stay on as an ongoing advisor, or as a fractional (part time) marketing lead who helps run your launch.

    Who is this for?

Founders, cofounders, and teams bringing assistive technology to market, from startups to established companies. Nonprofits with a new product, service, or program are welcome too.

What types of companies do you work with?

Companies across assistive technology: complex rehab technology, AAC and speech technology, adaptive equipment, durable medical equipment, and more. If your work helps people with disabilities do more, let's talk.

What if I need feedback from real users and clinicians?

That is what Insiders is for. It can be added to your project or used on its own.
