General expert network platforms don't know this industry. Your own network, whether that's an email database, followers on social media, or paid employees, isn't built to give you an unbiased read either.

And when you are ready to go to market and need real people to model the equipment, you can't blast your subscriber list or post a casting call on social media without tipping off competitors that something's in development. Modeling agencies can source a look, but they can't vet whether someone is genuinely appropriate to model your equipment. Authenticity is what builds brand loyalty and stickiness.

Every engagement runs through a single point of contact. Participants sign directly with Insiders, not with you, so your company and your project details are never broadly circulated. Each client's work is kept separate from every other client's, including competitors.

Insiders has no relationship to protect with any single clinician or end user, so nobody gets chosen because they already like you. You get an honest read, not a friendly one.

What We Handle

Insiders draws on relationships with clinicians (OTs, PTs, ATP/SMS, SLPs, RTs, neurologists, physiatrists, and spinal surgeons) plus device end users and caregivers, built over years across the industry. For each engagement, we recruit, screen, and assemble exactly who you need: individual interviews, focus groups, equipment trial panels, surveys, or on camera casting for marketing and product photography.

Recruiting, vetting, scheduling, and logistics are all handled.

What Stays With You

Regulatory documentation, human factors protocol design, and compliance review stay with your team, where they belong. Any IRB or human subjects determinations stay there too. Participant compensation, including how much and how participants are paid and any related documentation, is managed directly by you.
